About MealMe

Every MealMe meal is prepared fresh inside an operating restaurant kitchen in Doral, FL.

Not a commissary. Not a factory. Not a box shipped from another state with an ice pack and a prayer.

This is restaurant food built for your week.

We Cook in a Real Kitchen.
Not a Warehouse.

The Story

MealMe was born out of a gap we kept seeing: people who train hard, work long hours, and genuinely care about what they eat — but have zero time to cook and zero interest in eating sad, bland meal prep from a plastic tray.

We'd tried the other services. The frozen trays. The factory food. The "healthy" options that taste like obligation. The $140 grocery haul that rots by Wednesday. None of it worked.

So we built what we actually wanted: chef-driven meals with real flavor, rotating every week, with macros that make sense — cooked in a kitchen we trust because we own it.

Owner-Operated.

Owner-Delivered.

Every Sunday.

Here's something no other meal prep company in Miami can say: the owners deliver every single order. Personally.

Not a driver. Not a third-party service.
Us. In the car. Your neighborhood. Your door.

From Doral to Hialeah, Brickell to Coral Gables, South Miami to Kendall — we drive the entire route every Sunday because we believe the person who built this should be the one handing it to you.

It's not scalable advice. It's just how we do things.

How It Works

New menu drops Monday night.

Every week is different — bold proteins, global flavors, chef-driven plates that make you forget
this is "meal prep."

Order by Friday at 5pm.

No subscriptions. No contracts. Order when you want, skip when you want.

Delivered Sunday by 1pm.

Cooked fresh that morning. At your door before lunch. Your entire week is handled.

Choose from rotating weekly plates or build your own with steakhouse-quality proteins by the pound.

Who It's For

You train 4–5 days a week
but your nutrition is random.

You work long hours and dinner
is whatever's fastest.

You've tried cooking and it lasted
exactly one and a half Sundays.

You're spending $400/month on
delivery apps and still not eating well.

If any of that sounds familiar —
this was built for you.

This Is the Upgrade.

You've done the grocery hauls. You've done the Tupperware Sundays. You've done the DoorDash spiral. You've tried the big national brands that ship frozen trays from a warehouse you'll never see.

This isn't that.

This is a real kitchen, real fire, and owners who actually care — delivering to your door every week.
